Union take a point on the road at Charleroi
Union picked up a point on the road at Charleroi. Our Unionists took a deserved lead in the 40th minute and held firm for a long time. In the second half, the home side pushed forward, but in the very final moments, a VAR intervention ensured we returned home with a point.

Calendar until the end of the regular season announced
Union will play the cup quarter-final on Wednesday evening, 14/01, at 8:30 PM. The remaining league fixtures have also been announced, with four home matches (KV Mechelen, Antwerp, Genk and Dender) on Saturday, and two home matches on Sunday (Club Bruges and La Louvière).

For the end-of-year holidays, the opening hours of our fanshop have been adjusted. Our products are also available online at shop.rusg.brussels. Order your gifts by Sunday the 21st of December at the latest to receive them in time for Christmas Eve.

On Wednesday 21 January at 21h00 our Unionists face German champions Bayern Munich as part of the UEFA Champions League. As with all our other European away games, we use a voucher system for purchasing tickets in the away section.

Millimeters separate Union from an incredible comeback against Marseille
Tough. Very tough. Matchday 6 in the Champions League could have turned out so differently. After an hour, we seemed beaten against Marseille, but an incredible comeback was in the air. Khalaili brought us back into the game with the goal to reduce the deficit, and twice the equalizer seemed certain… only for it to be ruled out by mere millimeters of offside. Once again, we deserved more, but were left empty-handed.

Union drop first home points of the season against Gent
Union Saint-Gilloise were held to a 1-1 draw by KAA Gent. The visitors capitalised on a mistake by Burgess, allowing Samoise to score the opener. In the second half, Union pushed hard to avoid defeat. Mac Allister’s equaliser salvaged a point, but in the closing stages they couldn’t force a winning goal.
