You can add your e-ticket to one of the Wallet applications of your choice (e.g. Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). Here's a tutorial explaining how to add a ticket to an Apple Wallet.

If you can't find your confirmation email, you can retrieve your ticket via your account (via computer or smartphone). To find out how, see our ticket recovery tutorial.

Resale is only available for season tickets.

If you wish to sell your season ticket, you can use our 'Resale ticket' option or ‘Pass ticket’ to give your seat to someone.

If you are unable to attend the match, you have two options:

Give your seat to a friend using the ‘Pass Ticket’.
Resell your seat no later than 72 hours before the match, using our ‘Resale’ solution.

If you wish to buy tickets, you must have an account. It is through this account that you will be identified on your tickets and that you will be able to access sales under certain restrictions.

At the Fanshop: Please bring your identity card and an email address (not compulsory for children under 12).

Here are all the cases in which you may encounter this problem:

1. A friend has bought a ticket in your name.
Check that you do not have any tickets in your account.

2. You have made several unsuccessful attempts to buy a ticket.
Go to your transaction list and delete the transaction that is blocking tickets in your name. You will then be able to restart the purchase process.

If the match has been organised as a combi-bus, you are obliged to leave as you arrived, i.e. on one of the organised buses.

To do this, you'll need to make arrangements with the fan club you'll be travelling with.
