This is a rule that requires our season ticket holders to attend at least 10 out of 15 matches in order to benefit from priority season ticket renewal. The aim of this approach is to guarantee a full stadium at every match.
To sum up, to be considered as ‘present’ at a match, you have 3 solutions:
A season ticket entitles you to an annual place at our home matches in the classic league phase. For other competitions, you have priority when tickets are sold.
Special offers may be made to season ticket holders during the season.

You will then have access to the ticket office, where you can purchase ticketing products (depending on sales priorities and other restrictions).
You can buy your season ticket on ticketing.rusg.brussels or in our fanshop on Thursdays and Fridays from 11.00 to 18.00.
Throughout the 2023/24 season, some season ticket holders have accumulated vouchers thanks to the resale of their seats on our ticketing platform. These fans can use their vouchers to purchase (part of) their season ticket for 2024/25. Please note: after 1 July 2024, these vouchers are no longer valid.
You can pick up your season ticket for free in our fanshop. Our fanshop is open on Thursdays and Fridays between 11am and 6pm. There is also a possibility to send your season ticket by post. This incurs an extra cost of €12.50.
You can buy a season ticket during the open sale, only if there are any left from the previous sale phases. This phase starts on the 24th of June at 11am.
You can buy your season ticket during the sale for fans with a purchase history. This phase starts on Monday 17 June (11am) and ends on 23 June (6pm). You are only eligible for this phase if you have attended at least one Union match since the 2022/23 season.
As mentioned in the Season Ticket Policy at the end of last season, if you have failed to show up for more than 5 home games of the regular season or have not passed on your ticket as a season ticket holder, you will not be eligible for the renewal period. Our ticketing department already contacted these season ticket holders via email. Contact ticketing@rusg.be if you have any questions regarding this.
