How do I get my invoice?
At the end of your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to access the invoice you requested during your purchase via the ‘transaction details’ button in this email.

When you buy online, you can create your own invoice (tick the box corresponding to an invoice request). This is the recommended method for obtaining an invoice.

Send your request to ticketing@rusg.be with your company details and an e-mail address to link to the creation of your account.
Our ticketing department will take care of creating a professional account for you, via which you will be able to purchase ticketing products.
Please note, however, that you will need to personalise your tickets for each match (subscriptions and/or tickets).
When you buy online, you can pay by several methods, including Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, etc.
If you have received a ‘Closed link’, please follow the instructions in our tutorial to complete the purchase.
Your friend must log on to the online ticketing service and then go to ‘my account’ and at the bottom validate your request by clicking on the small ‘v’.
You can give your seat to a friend or relative using our ‘Pass ticket’ solution.
If you have received a voucher as a result of a commercial action or the resale of a season ticket, consult our tutorial to find out how to use a voucher.
Ticketing vouchers are only applicable to ticketing products. They cannot be used/exchanged for food, drinks or merchandising.
You can add your e-ticket to one of the Wallet applications of your choice (e.g. Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). Here's a tutorial explaining how to add a ticket to an Apple Wallet.
