Coming from Jong KV Mechelen, Pieter-Jan Monteyne takes on the role of head coach of the Union's U23 team.

Our U19s won 2-0 against Newcastle on matchday 2 of the league phase of the UEFA Youth League, thanks to goals from Hamoutahar and Keita. It was Union’s very first victory in this competition! The Youth League match against Inter will take place on Tuesday, October 21 at 2:30 pm at the Joseph Marien Stadium. Tickets are now available. Please note that no tickets will be sold on matchday.

The tickets released by UEFA for Union-Inter are now available on ticketing.rusg.brussels. For UEFA Champions League games, the same sales policy applies: you can only purchase tickets if you have bought a ticket or a season ticket from Union in the past three seasons.

The Training Facility Center Manager is responsible for the daily management, maintenance, and smooth operation of the training center facilities in Zaventem. He / she / they will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the buildings and installations, providing an optimal environment for players, technical staff, and visitors.

For matchday 4 of the league phase of the Champions League, we’ll face Diego Simeone’s Atlético Madrid at the Estadio Metropolitano. The match will take place on Tuesday the 4th of November at 9 PM. 37-year-old Belgian coach David Hubert joins Union from OH Leuven. Hubert will take charge of training from Monday afternoon and will coach his first match for Union this Saturday at the Marien against Charleroi.

After the October international break, the Unionists will play twice in a row at our Joseph Marien Stadium. This Saturday, October 18 at 8:45 PM, we’ll face the Carolos from Charleroi. Season ticket holders have until Wednesday to put their ticket for this match up for resale. Next Sunday, October 26 at 7:15 PM, we’ll play against Sint-Truiden. Pocognoli leaves Union with immediate effect to join AS Monaco.
