Union have to give up their top spot in the league after a 0-0 draw against newly promoted La Louvière. In a mediocre match with few real chances, we came away with just one point.

After 16 years of development at the Union Academy, midfielder Mohamed Asri signs his first professional contract with Union Saint-Gilloise.

Our Ladies will resume competition in September, with a first home game on September 7th against Entente Jeunesse de Fléron. Home games will be played throughout the year in Drogenbos, at Bosstraat (Frankveld 12, 1620 Drogenbos) and have free entry for Union fans. We are waiting for you!

Matchday 5 is coming up! On Sunday, August 24, we head to La Louvière with kick-off at 6:30 PM. Please note that the combi rule applies, so tickets are only available through our fan clubs.

The fanday will take place on Chaussée de Bruxelles, in front of the Marien Stadium, on Wednesday the 27th of August in the afternoon! The players will be there to meet the fans, and several activities will be organised.

Our last match before the international break is the Brussels derby against RSC Anderlecht. Kick-off is on Sunday 31 August at 6:30 pm. Union+ Members can purchase a ticket from Monday 18/08 at 11 am on ticketing.rusg.brussels.

After a difficult ending last week, Union was eager to bounce back. The Brussels side took the lead after 23 minutes through Kevin Rodriguez and gained full control when Standard’s Thomas Henry picked up two quick yellow cards. In the second half, Rodriguez netted his third goal of the season before substitute Promise David sealed the 3-0 scoreline.

Union Saint-Gilloise is today launching its third kit, at the Midi Fair with Kevin Mac Allister, player Laura Ocampo and Union Kid Alexis! This kit will be worn when the team cannot play in yellow or white, in the Champions League and possibly in the Belgian Cup (depending on the opponent). The first 500 children aged 12 or under who register via this form will receive a free shirt in their size. The remaining shirts will go to youth projects linked to Union and Union Inspires.
