I am a season ticket holder but cannot come to the match. How can I pass on my season ticket to someone else?


You can pass your season ticket by using the "Ticket pass". Go to ticketing.rusg.brussels, click on "Your account" and then click on the arrow under "Season ticket 2023/24". After this, go to "Ticket pass" and enter the Fan ID of the person who will take over your season ticket. Finish the transaction and click on "Download ticket". This ticket is valid for one match and is in the name of the person who will attend that match.


Why can't I log in to ticketing.rusg.brussels?


Since last Wednesday (02/08), you have to log in via our website. I.e. you have to create a "new" account with the e-mail address you used before. Click here for further explanation.


What should I do if I have not yet received or come to collect my season ticket?


Go to "Your account" and click on "Season Card". Then click on "Send e-ticket for mobile". Copy the link to get your QR code. The digital ticket generated to replace your physical season ticket is valid for one match only. If you generated a digital ticket for the home match against RSC Anderlecht instead of using your season ticket, you will have to do this again for the match against OH Leuven. You can of course also enter the stadium with your physical season ticket.


How can I get a refund for my reusable cups?


At the end of each match, you can exchange your reusable cups for a ticket with a QR code that you will be able to scan afterwards to get a refund. For every cup you return, you will be refunded 0.50€. You have 72 hours to scan your ticket with your smartphone's photo app and thus NOT with the Payconic app. Those who do not own a smartphone can follow the roadmap on the ticket.
