You will then have access to the ticket office, where you can purchase ticketing products (depending on the terms of sale and other restrictions).

To make a purchase, follow the instructions in our tutorial.

    Jupiler Pro League

Supporters can buy up to 10 tickets for this competition.

The priority sales period is open to subscribers and Union+ members. During this period, tickets may only be purchased for Union+ members.

E.g.: a subscriber wishes to buy tickets for friends. They can only do so during this period if their friends are Union+ members.

Ex 2: A Union+ member can buy tickets. If they want to buy for friends, they will all have to be members too.

The free sales period starts 1 week before each match. During this period, everyone has access to ticket sales. Each future ticket holder simply needs to have an account to be identified on the ticket.

    European sales or Croky cup

The number of tickets is limited compared to the Jupiler Pro League. This quota is communicated with the sales terms and conditions.

The priority sale is divided into two phases:

    1. For season ticket holders
People who have access to these sales will be able to buy a ticket for themselves but also for other people (even if they are not subscribers) until they reach their maximum ticket quota.

    2. For Union+ membersPeople who have access to these sales will be able to buy a ticket for themselves but also for other people (even if they are not Union+ members) until they reach their maximum ticket quota. Next comes the free sale with the same conditions as for the Jupiler Pro League. This free sale may be subject to certain restrictions, which will be communicated at the time of sale.

  • How do I buy a ticket for an away match?

There are two types of sales for an away match.

          1. Combi bus sale
This means that fans travel by chartered bus, accompanied by police, from a meeting point to the away team's stadium. Visiting fans are not allowed to travel on their own. If this is the case, please contact one of our fan clubs who will organise a bus for you.

PS: Most matches are organised with combi buses.

          2. Classic sale

This is the same as for a home match. All details will be communicated by the club when this is the case.

  • Can I join the combi-car at a location other than the meeting point?

To do this, you'll need to make arrangements with the fan club you'll be travelling with.

  • Can I make my own way home from an away match?

If the match has been organised as a combi-bus, you are obliged to leave as you arrived, i.e. on one of the organised buses.

  • The platform tells me that I've already bought tickets in my name, but that's not the case. What do I do now?

Here are all the cases in which you may encounter this problem:

    1. A friend has bought a ticket in your name.
Check that you do not have any tickets in your account.

    2. You have made several unsuccessful attempts to buy a ticket.
Go to your transaction list and delete the transaction that is blocking tickets in your name. You will then be able to restart the purchase process.
