  • How to buy a season ticket?

    You must first have an account. If you don't have an account, please see the information on how to create one and what it's for.

    You will then have access to the ticket office, where you can purchase ticketing products (depending on sales priorities and other restrictions).

  • What are the advantages of a Season Ticket?

    A season ticket entitles you to an annual place at our home matches in the classic league phase. For other competitions, you have priority when tickets are sold.

    Special offers may be made to season ticket holders during the season.

  • I'd like to change my season ticket place for whatever reason. Is this possible?

    Changing places is only permitted in exceptional circumstances.

    Please contact us by email (ticketing@rusg.be) to find out if your situation is acceptable. If it is, you will then have to go to the Fanshop to make the change.

  • I can't come to a match, how can I transfer my season ticket?

    You can transfer or resell your ticket.

    To transfer your seat to a friend or family member, you can use the ‘Pass ticket’.

    To resell your seat, you can use our ‘resale’ solution. Your seat is then put back on sale and you will receive, in compensation, a voucher worth 1/15th of your season ticket. This voucher can be used on other ticketing products.

  • How can I extend my season ticket for next season?

    To renew your season ticket, simply log on to the online ticket service during the renewal phase.

    Once you have logged in, click on the new ST on sale. A window will open offering you the option of renewing your existing season ticket.

    Click on the yellow icon (right) to add it to your basket. Complete the purchase procedure by paying from your basket.

    More information about renewing your season ticket will be sent to you at the end of the season via our website and on our social networks.

  • When does the season ticket renewal campaign start?

    The new season ticket sales campaign always takes place at the end of the season. The dates vary from season to season. We always communicate the details of each season ticket campaign in advance via our website and our social networks.

  • I'd like to buy an additional season ticket. Can I do this during the renewal phase?

    It is not possible to purchase additional season tickets during the sales phase. You will have to wait until the renewal phase is over before you can buy additional subscriptions. These subscriptions must be linked to unique identities.

  • How much does a season ticket cost?

    You can find the current prices directly on our website, on the ‘Ticketing - Subscription & Membership’ page.

  • Can I have my season ticket refunded ?

    We do not issue refunds or exchange subscriptions. You can consult the general terms and conditions of sale below.

  • How can I pick up my season ticket?

    You'll be able to choose how to recover your season ticket when you renew or purchase it.

    We offer two types of collection:

    1. Pick-up at the stadium: This method of delivery is free of charge. You can collect your season ticket from the Fan Shop during opening hours on Thursdays and Fridays between 11am and 6pm.
    2. Postal delivery: You can request your season ticket to be sent by post. The cost of this option is €12.50. You will be asked to check your account details carefully to ensure that the subscription arrives at the correct address.


    For business accounts, your season ticket will be in the form of e-tickets. They are available and can be downloaded from your online account after personalisation.

  • Are the Play-Offs and the Belgian Cup included in the season ticket?

    No, these tickets must be purchased separately. The season ticket only gives you access to league matches in the classic phase.

    STH will have priority when buying tickets for other competitions.

  • How can I put my season ticket place back on sale?

  • How do I transfer my season ticket to a friend?

    You can give your seat to a friend or relative using our ‘Pass ticket’ solution.

  • Can I give my season ticket to a friend?

    If you want to give your seat to a friend for a specific event, you can use the ‘Pass ticket’. This is the only way to rename a seat.

    In the event of an identity check, your friend will not be able to enter the stadium with a ticket that is not in his or her name.

  • I can't go to the match, but I'm a season ticket holder. What can I do?

    If you are unable to attend the match, you have two options:

    Give your seat to a friend using the ‘Pass Ticket’.
    Resell your seat no later than 72 hours before the match, using our ‘Resale’ solution.

  • I bought a season ticket online but did not receive a confirmation e-mail?

    Some automatic confirmation emails are not sent. But your purchase will be available in your online account. If you have indicated that you will pick up your season ticket, you can do so every Thursday and Friday at our Club House (excluding match day).
