I can't come to a match, how can I transfer my season ticket?
You can transfer or resell your ticket.
To transfer your seat to a friend or family member, you can use the ‘Pass ticket’.
I'd like to change my season ticket place for whatever reason. Is this possible?
Changing places is only permitted in exceptional circumstances.
Please contact us by email (ticketing@rusg.be) to find out if your situation is acceptable. If it is, you will then have to go to the Fanshop to make the change.
Does the season ticket policy apply to children?
This policy does not apply to children's season ticket holders (under 12s).
What is the Season Ticket Policy?
This is a rule that requires our season ticket holders to attend at least 11 out of 15 matches in order to benefit from priority season ticket renewal. The aim of this approach is to guarantee a full stadium at every match.

What are the advantages of a Season Ticket?
A season ticket entitles you to an annual place at our home matches in the classic league phase. For other competitions, you have priority when tickets are sold.
Special offers may be made to season ticket holders during the season.
How to buy a season ticket?
You must first have an account. If you don't have an account, please see the information on how to create one and what it's for.
You will then have access to the ticket office, where you can purchase ticketing products (depending on sales priorities and other restrictions).
Where can I buy my season ticket?
You can buy your season ticket on ticketing.rusg.brussels or in our fanshop on Thursdays and Fridays from 11.00 to 18.00.
What do I do with my vouchers from last season?
Throughout the 2023/24 season, some season ticket holders have accumulated vouchers thanks to the resale of their seats on our ticketing platform. These fans can use their vouchers to purchase (part of) their season ticket for 2024/25. Please note: after 1 July 2024, these vouchers are no longer valid.
Do I have to come to the stadium to collect my season ticket?
You can pick up your season ticket for free in our fanshop. Our fanshop is open on Thursdays and Fridays between 11am and 6pm. There is also a possibility to send your season ticket by post. This incurs an extra cost of €12.50.
I am a fan without purchase history. When can I buy a season ticket?
You can buy a season ticket during the open sale, only if there are any left from the previous sale phases. This phase starts on the 24th of June at 11am.
