The Swedish striker (27) has played for Union since the summer of 2022. After two seasons, and 93 games with 27 goals, Gustaf is saying goodbye to his adventure at the Duden Park.

Sven Van Der Jeugt became goalkeeper coach of Union's first team last year. Like our former coach Alexander Blessin, he is moving to Germany's FC St. Pauli. We wish Sven the best of luck!

Cup winner Union will take on Belgian champions Club Brugge in the Super Cup. The match will take place on Saturday 20 July at 8pm at the Jan Breydelstadion.

The Unionists took on KFC Nijlen in their very first friendly of the season. Dennis Eckert Ayensa scored our first goal of the season and completed his hat-trick before half-time. Union eventually won 0-8.
