Coach Alexander Blessin and his staff announced their first European selection for the first Europa League barrage match against FC Lugano at the Anderlecht stadium. Mohamed Amoura is not eligible to play for the time being.

The 19-year-old midfielder has signed a 2-season contract until 2025 with the first team.

For the first leg of the Europa League play-off round, we are deploying shuttle buses to the Anderlecht Stadium, as we did last year. We advise our supporters to use public transport. More information below.

The club will have 1300 tickets available in the away end at the Stade de Genève for the return leg of the Europa League play-off round against FC Lugano (31/08 - 20.30). Tickets are only available at the Club House and cost €21 for adults. Fans under the age of 18 pay €10.50. The bus trip costs €100 and leaves Forest for Geneva on Wednesday evening, the return trip is scheduled immediately after the game.

23-year-old Algerian striker and international Mohamed Amoura is leaving FC Lugano and will play football for Union. He is our seventh summer transfer and will sign a contract until 2027 (with an option for another season).

Thislanda is just 17 and will play for our U23 in second amateur league ACFF this season. He signs a contract until June 2024
