A first cup final in 110 years for our Unionists. History was made on Wednesday night 28 February 2024 at the Dudenpark, Union beat Club Brugge 2-0 to make up for the 2-1 loss from the first leg. It was Amoura and Sykes who started a night of celebration in Forest.

After an intense week with qualification in Frankfurt, Union also won against Standard. And that after a difficult game, in which Standard scored the tying goal after a double, but fortunately did not get any further. Goals for Union came through Nilsson and Eckert Ayensa.

Three days after qualifying for the Conference League eighth finals, our Unionists return home. A sold-out house for the game against Standard at 6.30pm now Sunday night!

For the second season in a row, Union qualifies for the round of 16 in a European Cup. A phenomenal achievement! Puertas and Eckert Ayensa scored, guiding Union past Eintracht Frankfurt towards the next round against Turkish side Fenerbahçe.

After the 2-2 draw in the first leg, Union faces a tough game on Thursday night (21.00) at Deutsche Bank Park. The winner of the match qualifies for the round of 16 of the Conference League. 1,400 Unionists will be in Germany to support their team.

On a difficult pitch, Union dominated the match. Rasmussen with a header, Castro-Montes with a shot and Amoura with a customary goal, made the difference. Another counter by Davies made it 1-3.
