Union is looking for a HR Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will become a part of the HR department and ensure the smooth flow of information within the club.

Responsibilities – Functions

As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

· Participating in the administrative management of the HR department

· Managing communication with staff regarding various HR and club-related topics

· Handling phone calls and emails

· Managing incoming and outgoing mail

· Keeping the club's agenda up-to-date, organizing meetings and appointments

· Taking notes during meetings and providing translations

· Managing office supplies

· Implementing an effective documentation and classification system

Profile

· Fluent in French and Dutch with a good knowledge of English

· Previous experience in human resources and administrative tasks are an asset

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Good writing and communication skills

· Strong synthesis skills

· Comfortable on the phone

· Versatile

· Efficient, enthusiastic, and curious
