Away win against Cercle Brugge
Union beat Cercle in Bruges on Matchday 8 of the Pro League. Mohammed Amoura puts on a show with a brace and a superb performance!
Right from the start, it was Amoura - yes, him again - who sent a curling shot against the post. Then, 6 minutes later, the Algerian showed his skills at the edge of the box and fired in a shot that Werleson was able to save. But it took only 15 minutes for our Algerian to open the scoring via a cross from Lazare on the right. 0-1.
There were several attacks from Union at the end of the first half, but the highlight was Fedde Leysen's incredible tackle in Union's box in the 45th minute.

Keep going in the second half
After the break, Amoura had to wait only 7 minutes for his brace. In the 52nd minute, Lazare recovered well to give the ball to Amoura, who made the most of his speed to shoot between Warleson's legs and make it 0-2.
Amoura almost scored a hat-trick with a cross from Alessio Castro-Montes in the 58th minute, but his shot went wide unfortunately.
The team then managed the rest of the game, with the newcomers attempting a few attacks but nothing to really trouble Warleson.
The Unionists played a more than decent game today in Bruges. Thursday is derby day against RWDM!
