How can I buy a ticket for wheelchair users?
Contact our ticketing team via ticketing@rusg.be to receive a specific purchase link for the wheelchair area. You will need to provide a disability certificate, a copy of your ID card, and your Fan ID.
Is there a wheelchair users’ area at the Joseph Marien Stadium?
Yes. The stadium has a dedicated area with 15 spaces for wheelchair users, located in the West Stand (accessible via Entrance 2). It includes a space for the wheelchair and a seat for the companion.
Is the companion’s ticket free?
Yes. Each wheelchair user ticket entitles you to one free, personalised companion ticket, regardless of age.
What are the prices for the wheelchair users’ area?
Prices for wheelchair users are the same as those in the North and East Stands, the most affordable areas in the Joseph Marien Stadium. The price depends on the competition and the category of the match.
How can I access the stadium by car as a wheelchair user?
Contact the Ticketing Department (ticketing@rusg.be) to check the availability of parking tickets for wheelchair users.
Which public transport stops are closest to the stadium?
The UNION (tram 82) and LAINE (bus 48) stops are the closest. Check the STIB website for accessibility information or for the TaxiBus service.
Is there a taxi discount for wheelchair users?
Yes. Thanks to our partner Taxis Verts, you get a 10% discount when booking through their app. Contact our Disability Access Officer at eve.hanson@rusg.be.
Is the ticket office accessible for wheelchair users?
No. The ticket office is not accessible. For wheelchair users’ tickets, please contact the Ticketing Department via ticketing@rusg.be.
Is the fanshop accessible for wheelchair users?
The main shop is not accessible for wheelchair users. However, you can order online (with home delivery) or visit our pop-up fanshop on Chaussée de Bruxelles, open from two hours before each match until kick-off.
What adapted facilities are available in the stadium?
Accessible toilets are located near the entrance, with a ramp. Volunteers can also assist you with ordering and paying at the refreshment stands, as the counters are quite high.
Can I change my seat if I have a temporary disability?
Yes. Season ticket holders whose health condition requires a change of stand can request it from the Ticketing Department (ticketing@rusg.be).
What facilities exist for other disabilities?
· Visual impairment: audio description is occasionally available. Contact our Disability Access Officer at eve.hanson@rusg.be to be informed about upcoming matches.
· Autism spectrum disorders: there is no low-stimulation area, but the North Stand offers calmer seating.
