I'd like to buy in my company's name. How do I do that?
Send your request to ticketing@rusg.be with your company details and an e-mail address to link to the creation of your account.
Our ticketing department will take care of creating a professional account for you, via which you will be able to purchase ticketing products.
Please note, however, that you will need to personalise your tickets for each match (subscriptions and/or tickets).
How can I obtain an invoice for my purchase?
When you buy online, you can create your own invoice (tick the box corresponding to an invoice request). This is the recommended method for obtaining an invoice.

If your billing address is already entered in your account, simply enter your ID in the search bar.
If you wish to enter your billing details manually, please pay attention to how you enter your VAT. To enter it correctly, please indicate the country prefix and then add the numbers without spaces (e.g. BE0417144936).
If you did not request an invoice during your transaction and the transaction is closed, please contact invoice@rusg.be . This does not guarantee that we will be able to issue an invoice.
If you make your purchases in the Fan Shop, please do not hesitate to ask us for an invoice for your purchase.
How do I get my invoice?
At the end of your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to access the invoice you requested during your purchase via the ‘transaction details’ button in this email.
If you have not received an e-mail, you can view the details of your transaction by logging into your account. To do this, log in to your account -> Transaction list. You will find all the transactions in your account.
I have a company. How do I buy tickets?
To create a company account, send an e-mail to ticketing@rusg.be with your company details (name, address, VAT, associated e-mail address).
Once your account has been validated, you will be able to purchase tickets in your company's name according to the current sales conditions for the match you wish to attend (maximum number of tickets, etc). Please note that you will need to personalise your tickets in accordance with football law.
You can request an invoice when you purchase your tickets.
Can I buy a car park ticket?
Union Saint-Gilloise has no car parks for sale for its home matches.
The only parking spaces available are through various partnerships and are accessible only to holders of Business Silver and Gold tickets.
How do I pay for a ‘closed link’ for a company?
If you have received a ‘Closed link - B2B’ purchase link, please follow the instructions in our tutorial to complete the purchase.
