How do I create an account?
If you wish to buy tickets, you must have an account. It is through this account that you will be identified on your tickets and that you will be able to access sales under certain restrictions.
Online: Here is a tutorial explaining how to create an account online.
At the Fanshop: Please bring your identity card and an email address (not compulsory for children under 12).
The Fanshop is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 11am to 6pm (except on match days).
How do I add a child to my account?

How do I validate my account?
To validate your account, you have three options:
Itsme (for holders of a Belgian ID card)
Onfido (for all other individuals)
To do this, please visit our online ticketing platform and follow this procedure: account validation tutorial
At the stadium: please go to the Fanshop with an identity document (during opening hours)
Can I buy a ticket for someone who hasn't validated their account?
Yes, it is possible to buy tickets for people who have not validated their account beforehand if they are eligible for the desired sale.
However, their ticket cannot be downloaded if they have not validated their account.
