With this internal procedure for reporting possible violations, Royale Union Saint-Gilloise (RUSG) aims to comply with the "Act on the Protection of Persons who establish Violations of Union or National Law within a Legal Person in the Private Sector" of 28 November 2022 (hereinafter "the Act") and provide the necessary internal channels for confidential reporting of perpetrators who have obtained information about violations in a work-related context.

RUSG provides this internal channel so that offenders who have obtained information about possible violations in a work-related context can report them safely and confidentially, without fear of reprisals.

The reporting channel is organised internally so that such reports are dealt with seriously and with integrity within the deadlines set.
