FAQ: season ticket sale 2024/25

  • I am a Season Ticket Holder, when does the priority period for renewal start?

    This phase starts on Monday 3 June (11am), ends on Wednesday 12 June (6pm) and is exclusively reserved for the 2023/24 season ticket holders. So if you want the same seat as last season, you must purchase your season ticket during this period. If you want to change seats, you have to wait for the next sales phase.

     

  • I am a Season Ticket Holder and want to change seats, when can I do so?

    Current season ticket holders can only change their current seat for a new one during the presale for season ticket holders. This phase runs from Thursday 13 June (11am) to Sunday 16 June (6pm) and is reserved for season ticket holders who would like to renew but want a different seat for the 2024/25 season.

  • I was a Season Ticket Holder last season but attended less than 10 home games of the regular season. Can I still renew my Season ticket?

    As mentioned in the Season Ticket Policy at the end of last season, if you have failed to show up for more than 5 home games of the regular season or have not passed on your ticket as a season ticket holder, you will not be eligible for the renewal period. Our ticketing department already contacted these season ticket holders via email. Contact ticketing@rusg.be if you have any questions regarding this.

  • I wasn't a season ticket holder last year, but I do have a purchase history. When can I buy a season ticket?

    You can buy your season ticket during the sale for fans with a purchase history. This phase starts on Monday 17 June (11am) and ends on 23 June (6pm). You are only eligible for this phase if you have attended at least one Union match since the 2022/23 season.

  • I am a fan without purchase history. When can I buy a season ticket?

    You can buy a season ticket during the open sale, only if there are any left from the previous sale phases. This phase starts on the 24th of June at 11am.

  • Do I have to come to the stadium to collect my season ticket?

    You can pick up your season ticket for free in our fanshop. Our fanshop is open on Thursdays and Fridays between 11am and 6pm. There is also a possibility to send your season ticket by post. This incurs an extra cost of €12.50.

  • What do I do with my vouchers from last season?

    Throughout the 2023/24 season, some season ticket holders have accumulated vouchers thanks to the resale of their seats on our ticketing platform. These fans can use their vouchers to purchase (part of) their season ticket for 2024/25. Please note: after 1 July 2024, these vouchers are no longer valid.

  • Where can I buy my season ticket?

    You can buy your season ticket on ticketing.rusg.brussels or in our fanshop on Thursdays and Fridays from 11.00 to 18.00.
