A season ticket holder is a person who has purchased a season ticket and therefore has a fixed seat for the entire season. This person will not be able to buy other tickets in their name for league matches. They may purchase tickets for other eligible persons in accordance with the sales phases in force.

A Union+ member is a person who has subscribed to the ‘Union+’ membership. This membership gives them priority when buying tickets for our home matches. This priority varies according to the matches.

A Union Fan is an account holder who has a purchase history with the Union Saint-Gilloise. If you have received a ticket for a match on your online account, you are also considered a Union Fan. As soon as you make your first purchase from the ticket office, you will automatically be considered as a Union Fan for the next match.

An account holder is someone who has an account enabling them to access the online ticketing service. This does not make that person a Union+ subscriber or member. Anyone wishing to purchase tickets must first register by creating an account, regardless of their fan status.
