Sales phases

Renewal period

• This phase starts on Monday 3 June (11am), ends on Wednesday 12 June (6pm) and is exclusively reserved for the 2023/24 season ticket holders.
• As mentioned at the start of the season, if you have not met the requirements of the season ticket policy you will lose your season ticket renewal priority. If this is your case, you have already been notified by e-mail. You will still be able to buy a season ticket during the sales phase for fans with a purchase history. If you have any questions, please consult our FAQ or contact our ticketing department (ticketing@rusg.be).
• So if you want the same seat as last season, you must purchase your season ticket during this period. If you want to change seats, you have to wait for the next sales phase.
• As a season ticket holder, you can only buy a season ticket for yourself during this sales phase. So it is not possible to buy additional season tickets.

Presale for season ticket holders

• This phase runs from Thursday 13 June (11am) to Sunday 16 June (6pm) and is reserved for season ticket holders who would like to renew but want a different seat for the 2024/25 season.
• Also during this period, season ticket holders cannot purchase additional season tickets.

Sale for fans with a purchase history

• This phase starts on Monday 17 June (11am) and ends on 23 June (6pm). You are only eligible for this phase if you have attended at least one Union match since the 2022/23 season.
• You can purchase up to three additional season tickets during this phase, only for fans who qualify during this phase.

Open sale

• The remaining seats, if not already taken up during the sale phases mentioned above, will be sold during the open sale from 24 June at 11am.
• To buy a season ticket during this sale phase, you do not need to have a purchase history at Union and can purchase up to 3 additional season tickets.

Wheelchair users

Prices for wheelchair users are the same as those in the East and North stands. Please contact ticketing@rusg.be if you wish to purchase season tickets as a wheelchair user.

Collecting or sending your season ticket

You can pick up your season ticket for free in our fanshop. Our fanshop is open on Thursdays and Fridays between 11am and 6pm. There is also a possibility to send your season ticket by post. This incurs an extra cost of €12.50.

If you lose your season ticket during the season you can have it reprinted for 10€.

Companies (business season tickets) will not have a physical card but a digital season ticket in the form of an e-ticket.

What does the season ticket include?

• A seat/standing place for all home matches of the regular season in the Jupiler Pro League.
• A seat/standing place for all home matches in case Union qualifies for the Europe Play-offs or Play-downs.
• Priority during the sale of the ticket bundle (mini-abo) for the home games of the Champions' Play-offs in the event that Union qualifies for it.
• Priority for home matches in the Belgian Cup.
• Priority for European home matches.

Usage of vouchers

Throughout the 2023/24 season, some season ticket holders have accumulated vouchers thanks to the resale of their seats on our ticketing platform. These fans can use their vouchers to purchase (part of) their season ticket for 2024/25. Please note: after 1 July 2024, these vouchers are no longer valid.
