Cameron Puertas and Mohammed Amoura return to the squad for the second derby of the week against Anderlecht. Blessin cannot count on Fedde Leysen, as his shoulder injury keeping him sidelined. Machida and Lazare are still on international duty.

With more than an hour with ten men, yet Union first held on to Lapoussin's 1-0, added another goal through Rodriguez and held off Anderlecht in lock after the getting one goal back. It ended 2-1 in a cup-bathing Marien Stadium. Union will play the semi-finals, home and away, against Club Brugge in February.

Tomorrow night we face Anderlecht in the Joseph Marien Stadium in the quarter-finals of the cup. The winner advances to the semi-finals against Club Brugge. Cameron Puertas is not part of the squad due to injury.

After three consecutive Brussels derbies, the Unionists travel to the Cegeka Arena for a match against KRC Genk. The match will take place on Saturday 3 February at 20.45. Combibus is mandatory.

Our European adventure continues. Union will play against Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Europa Conference League knockout round play-offs. The first leg will take place at the Anderlecht Stadium on Thursday 15 February at 18.45. Season tickt holders and fanclub members can purchase tickets at ticketing.rusg.brussels starting from Tuesday 23 January at 11.00.

Matchday 21 and Sint-Truiden travel down to Brussels. Union is missing Moris, Lapoussin and Vanhoutte through suspension, in addition to internationals Machida, Amoura and Lazare. "But our entire group has huge qualities and is ready," said coach Alexander Blessin.
