No, not at all! The Forest Steam Train takes passengers through the eastern and southern parts of Bempt. The new stadium will be located in the northwestern part. Our hope is that the stadium and the Steam Train will coexist in perfect harmony.

Note that the Forest Steam Train runs from late April to early October. Part of this period coincides with the RUSG’s off-season. There are no matches between late May and late July.

The mobility study we conducted for the project indicates that regular pedestrians coming from the southern part of the park prefer to use the Promenade Verte.

Crossing over the Little Train would force fans to pass through particularly damp areas.

We are committed to communicating very regularly and clearly about the best pedestrian routes, such as the Promenade Verte. We will do everything possible to prevent fans who are unfamiliar with the area from using the Petit Train path due to a lack of awareness of other, more practical options. If necessary, we will ensure a staff presence during the first few matches to help establish good habits.

We will actively communicate about mobility around the stadium in general.
