Union’s intention is for the stadium and its surroundings to be open to the neighborhood and to be useful to residents even outside match days.

All local clubs and all freely accessible sports facilities (the agoraspace and the urban fitness area) will remain on the Bempt site.

We want to go even further: the project includes an expansion of Bempt Park and the addition of two new agoraspaces with free access. These areas, suitable for informal football and located under the roof of the East Stand, will be removable on match days.

In addition to these sports uses accessible to everyone, the project also includes a “guinguette” space and an upgrade of the area to the west of the park.
