Yari Stevens signs contract with Union U23's

Yari Stevens (20) moves from Jong Gent. At KAA Gent he already played in first division as well. He was captain there last season and his contract in Ghent expired. Yari signs until 2026 + an option for another year.

As wingback and former youth international, Stevens played in Club Brugge's youth academy and at Club NXT in 1B. Since 2021, he played with AA Gent. There, he also made his European debut in the Conference League qualifiers last season.

After two seasons at Jong Gent, where he was captain last season, he now moves to the Duden Park. He will start with Naïm Aarab's U23 side in first national ACFF. In time, he will also train with the first team.
