Union is looking for a Sales Support

Royale Union Saint-Gilloise is looking for a Sales Support to strengthen its commercial team.  

Missions:


As a Sales Support at Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, you act as the liaison between the club and its commercial partners, playing a coordinating role within the larger commercial framework. You are essential in maintaining and developing strong partnerships by providing top-notch after-sales service and accurately implementing commercial agreements. Additionally, you contribute to enhancing the club's image through marketing and communication initiatives.
 

Tasks and Responsibilities:
 

Commercial:

  • Build and maintain sustainable and professional relationships with our commercial partners.
  • Respond to partners’ needs with creative, tailored solutions and ensure proper follow-up of commercial contracts.
  • Develop and present innovative packages and concepts to deliver added value to our partners.
  • Create networking opportunities among our partners to foster business synergies.
  • Coordinate commercial events and hospitality for matches across all competitions, in collaboration with relevant departments (communication, ticketing, merchandising, operations, etc.).
  • Strengthen sponsor relationships by creating opportunities to promote collaboration between the club and its partners.

 

Marketing: 

 

  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and brand activations tailored to partners.
  • Identify trends in the sports sector and best practices to generate new ideas and increase partner visibility within the club.
  • Assist in creating marketing support materials (brochures, emails, digital content) to promote partner initiatives and enhance their presence in the stadium and on our digital platforms.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by sharing ideas that strengthen relationships with existing sponsors and attract new ones.
     

Communication:
 

  • Collaborate with the communication department to ensure partners are highlighted on social media, the website, and during media events.
  • Support reputation management for the club and its partners by maintaining a positive and consistent image across all communication channels.
     

Profile Sought:
 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports, media, or events sector.
  • Excellent command of Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and strong English skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong sense of organization and coordination.
  • Dynamic, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for teamwork.
  • Good understanding of the professional football world, with the ability to adapt to a demanding and ever-changing environment.
  • Experience in organizing events and marketing activations, with the ability to create impactful communication opportunities for partners.
