Union goes down 3-1 in Prague
Drama it was in Prague. An owngoal gives us a bit of of hope, to our Unionists on reviving those hopes next Tuesday night. Tickets are now available at ticketing.rusg.brussels!
However, Union started strongly in the first half. Ayensa could have scored, but he put Puertas' assist wide of goal.
Afterwards, Slavia came into the game. Too easy and childish ball loss, on two occasions, then led to Chory's 1-0.
Union did not get a foothold for a while. The 2-0 came after a corner kick, again Chory, again too easily.
A difficult result, already at half-time.
And it did not get better after the break. Slavia pressed high, Union made mistakes. Moris played in to Sadiki, but he was covered by his opponent. Th result: a ball loss and a goal. 3-0.
A drama in Prague, then. An owngoal still gives hope (3-1) for next week, though. Though that will be without Fuseini, who picked up a very unnecessary red card.
