Union faced Patro Eisden at their own training complex for a friendly game. Among others, Promise David and Besfort Zeneli, who recently returned from the World Cup, came on as substitutes and made their first minutes of the preparation campaign.

The match ended in a comfortable 4-0 victory for Union, thanks to goals from Schoofs, Pavlic, Fuseini and Havenaar.
