Union Academy looks for a Team manager.

Description

As Team Manager, you will be responsible for the organisational and operational needs of the team, allowing coaches and players to fully focus on performance and development. You will be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold and promote the values of the Union Culture across all team activities.
• Create a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for players and staff.
• Manage the weekly planning and communication of training sessions and matches.
• Coordinate logistics for home and away games, including:
  • Transport arrangements for players and staff
  • Ticketing for matches
  • Scheduling of games and training
• Ensure all team kit and clothing are cleaned and prepared daily.
• Serve as a key point of contact between the club, players, parents, and staff.
• Support the team during matchdays and tournaments (home and away).
   

Profile

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A passion for football and youth development
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings and weekends
• Able to take initiative and work independently
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
• Multilingual (especially French/Dutch/English) is a plus
