Union Academy is looking for a women's football coordinator

Are you passionate about women's football and driving the growth of the game at the grassroots and academy level?

Main Mission

 

The Academy of Royale Union Saint-Gilloise is looking for a coordinator for its women’s section to support and guide the coaches and players in their daily activities, while serving as a key link with the Union Academy’s management in the strategic development of the women’s section.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

- Coordinate and manage training schedules, match calendars, and logistics for all women’s teams

- Support the recruitment, integration, and development of players and staff within the women’s section

- Act as the main point of contact between the Club, players, parents, and external partners

- Oversee budgets, equipment, and materials for the women’s teams

- Ensure compliance with RBFA, ACFF, or any other federation regulations applicable to the women’s teams

- Organise and support events, tournaments, and community initiatives related to women’s football

 

Profile

 

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple and diverse teams

- Passionate about youth development, with a particular interest in supporting and advancing women’s football

- Previous experience coordinating within a football academy is an asset

- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external

- Proactive, reliable, and available to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)

- Proficiency in Dutch and French; English is an asset
