Union Academy is looking for a women's football coordinator

Are you passionate about women's football and driving the growth of the game at the grassroots and academy level?

Your Role 

 

As the women’s football coordinator, you will oversee the daily management and long-term growth of the women’s football section within the academy. You’ll work closely with coaches, players, and management to ensure a professional, inclusive, and inspiring environment for all female players. 

 

Main Responsibilities

 

- Promote and embody the values of the Union Culture across the women's football program. 

- Coordinate and manage training schedules, match calendars, and logistics for all women’s teams. 

- Support recruitment and onboarding of players and staff. 

- Act as the main liaison between the club, players, parents, and external partners for the women’s section. 

- Ensure compliance with federation and league regulations (registrations, licenses, etc.). 

- Work with coaching staff to support player development pathways. 

- Organise and support events, tournaments, and community outreach initiatives related to women's football. 

- Monitor and manage budgets and equipment for the women’s teams. 

 

Profile

 

- Strong organisational and leadership skills 

- A deep passion for women’s football and youth development 

- Previous experience in football coordination or administration is an asset 

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders 

- Proactive, reliable, and able to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends) 

- Multilingual (especially French/Dutch/English) is a strong advantage 

- Knowledge of Belgian football structures and women's football landscape is a plus
