Are you passionate about football and can spot talent at a glance? Then we need you! For our youth academy at Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, we are looking to strengthen our scouting team.

What will you do?

As a scout, you will be responsible for finding young talented players who fit the Union’s DNA. You will attend matches, observe players critically, and report to the scouting coordinator. Your main tasks include:

· Attending matches and tournaments to spot talent

· Evaluating players on their technical and physical skills

· Reporting your observations and making recommendations for new players

· Building a network within the football world

· Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in football and scouting

Who are you?

· Football is your life, and you have experience in youth football, especially in Brussels and its surroundings

· You have experience as a scout

· You have a keen sense of observation and analysis

· You can spot talent at various ages and levels

· You have excellent communication skills, and a good network in the football world is an asset

· A driving license B is mandatory
