Ticketing: update Liverpool away
Voucher sales for the away game against Liverpool will start on Thursday 14 September at 11am. A voucher can only be purchased online and must then be exchanged for a match ticket in our fanshop. Members of the official fan clubs will also have to purchase their reserved voucher via our website. A total of 1,400 vouchers of the 2,348 available seats in the away stand are available for the fan clubs. The remaining vouchers will go on sale on Thursday, initially only for season ticket holders and only online (not at the Club House).
Season ticket holders will be given priority on Thursday 14 September from 11am to purchase the remaining tickets for the Liverpool away box. One ticket can be purchased per person.
Ticket sales will only take place online on ticketing.rusg.brussels. Select 'RUSG fans' when clicking on the fixture. Please note fan club members can only buy their reserved seat in by clicking on 'Fan clubs'.
You will receive a voucher which you can then exchange for a ticket in our fan shop. Please note, the voucher you receive after your online purchase will not give you access to Anfield Stadium on 5 October.
Until when does the priority for season ticket holders last?
If tickets are still available on Thursday at 6pm, Union+ Members will have the opportunity to purchase them the day after (from Friday 15/09 - 11am).
You will be able to purchase vouchers online and exchange them afterwards via the unique QR code in our fanshop. As soon as we have received the away tickets from Liverpool, we will communicate the dates on which the vouchers can be exchanged in our fanshop.
I have booked my place through my fan club, do I also have to buy my voucher online?
Yes, you must purchase your voucher through our website. Your place is reserved until 22 September 6pm by choosing the option 'fan clubs'.
Why can't I log in to the ticketing website with my existing account?
Since this season, you need to log in to our website to buy your tickets. If you have not yet linked your previous account to our website, please follow the steps below.
