Three-peat against KV Kortrijk
A pleasing win at the Marienstadion today! 3-0 win against Kortrijk with goals from Ivanovic and Fuseini.
It was a successful afternoon at Duden Park. Sunshine, goals for Union and three points.
Union dominated from the start. Sadiki popped over twice, but Castro-Montes' next good move saw him hit the target. Ivanovic deviated the ball to Fuseini, who made it 1-0.
Kortrijk were out of the game. The lead at half-time was logical. Even more logical was the 2-0, an owngoal after a clever move by Ivanovic.
The Croatian made his first for Union (3-0) moments later after a combination with the substitute Terho, putting Union in the middle of the standings.
