Strengthened partnership between Union and the commune of Saint-Gilles

The commune of Saint-Gilles and Royale Union Saint-Gilloise are taking the next step in their historic collaboration. The club and the commune have developed a strengthened partnership, which includes a proposed long-term lease agreement for the Barca sports complex in Anderlecht. This proposal will soon be submitted to the local council.

The club is grateful to the commune of Saint-Gilles for the opportunity to elevate its youth development program through sustainable investments in improved infrastructure.

On behalf of the municipality, Mayor Jean Spinette and Sports Alderman Saïd Ahruil have expressed their satisfaction with the proposal, which also ensures that the sports facility remains accessible to the public.
