Penalty goal David is enough for victory against OH Leuven

After 14 minutes, we already saw a goal. Promise ‘Tobi’ David put good pressure on goalkeeper Leysen, who hit our striker on the calf.
 

Penalty kick, David converted it himself (1-0). At half-time, David did have to come off, the contact with Leysen had left its mark.
 

The match was deadlocked, Union was the better team, had chances (Ivanovic and Van De Perre), but could not score. 
 

It thus remained a deserved, but thrifty win. Union settles further into the top six. Now Braga (UEL), Beerschot, Rangers (UEL) and STVV await in a fortnight' time.
