Mateo Delph signs pro contract until 2026
Mateo Delph is an 18-year-old left wingback (2005). He is the son of former Union player Michel Delph. Mateo has been in our club's youth academy for four years and has signed until June 2026 (+ option for a one-year extension).
Mateo Delph went through his first winter training camp with the first team this month and currently plays with our U23s in Belgium's fourth division. He has played a total of 16 games this season.
Mateo is the son of Michel Delph, a former Union player. Mateo is our second U23 player after Tshilanda to sign a professional contract at Union this season.
