Job: Head Coach - Union Ladies

Union is currently seeking a Head Coach to lead our Women’s First Team. As Head Coach, you will be responsible for the overall sporting leadership and development of the Women’s First Team, both on and off the pitch. You will create a high-performance, competitive, and professional environment that enables players to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and evaluate training sessions and matchday coaching activities
Develop and implement the team’s playing philosophy, tactical framework, and individual player development plans
Work closely with assistant coaches, medical staff, and club management to ensure a coordinated performance approach
Foster a strong team culture based on professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
Monitor player development and contribute to long-term squad progression

Profile

We are looking for a candidate who:

Has proven experience coaching at a competitive level
Holds relevant coaching qualifications (UEFA A Licence or equivalent)
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Has a genuine passion for women’s football and player development
Is able to motivate, inspire, and manage both players and staff effectively
Is committed, structured, and team-oriented
