Job: Goalkeeper Coordinator Union Academy

As part of the development of our women’s section and our academy structure, we are looking for a Goalkeeper Coordinator to oversee and support the goalkeepers from the U9 to U18 categories, as well as the women’s department.

Your responsibilities

Ensure the sporting monitoring and development of goalkeepers;
Create real continuity between youth teams, the U23s, and the first team;
Develop and structure a specific goalkeeper training program for all categories;
Support goalkeepers on a daily basis within the different groups;
Implement individualized development plans to optimize each goalkeeper’s potential;

Profile sought

Passionate about training and developing goalkeepers;
Able to work in collaboration with different staff members;
Organized, educational, and motivated by an ambitious sporting project;
