Van de Perre remains an Unionist until 2030
Kamiel Van de Perre extends his contract.
Midfielder Kamiel Van de Perre will continue his journey at Union. The 22-year-old from the Kempen region has signed a new contract keeping him at the club until mid-2030, with an option for an additional year.
Van de Perre joined Union in 2024 from the KRC Genk academy and established himself over the past two seasons as an undisputed starter for Union. He played an important role in the team that won the Belgian league title and made his Champions League debut with Union.
“I’m very happy to be able to stay longer at this wonderful club. Over the past two years, I’ve been able to develop as a player. I’ve been given the time to grow and have taken some great steps forward. Now it’s time to take on more responsibility and lead the group. I’m convinced that we can achieve many more great things together.”
