Union extends partnership with Ebury
Royale Union Saint-Gilloise and fintech company Ebury have further extended their successful partnership. Ebury has been managing the club's international payments since 2020.
Ebury has established itself in Belgium as a preferred partner for SMEs with an international focus, providing solutions for payments, foreign exchange and trade finance. Ebury has been managing payments for Union since 2020 and will continue its success story with the Brussels club and its international payments needs.
From the 2023/24 season, Ebury has also joined Union as a premium partner, which has further strengthened the bond between the two parties. This extension underlines the mutual trust and shared ambition to continue growing on and off the pitch.
‘We are delighted to continue this successful partnership with Union as a proud sponsor and payment partner,’ said Maurits Zwart, Global Head of Sports at Ebury. ‘Royale Union Saint-Gilloise is a club with an inspiring vision for the future. As plans for a new stadium take shape, Ebury is ready to help with our expertise during these financially complex operations. Together, we look forward to an even brighter future for the club and its fantastic fans.’
‘We are very excited about the contract extension. This successful partnership reflects a shared vision of innovation, performance and growth. We are convinced that this extension will further strengthen our ties and contribute to achieving our shared ambitions,’ said Victor Pensis, Commercial Director of Royale Union Saint-Gilloise.
