The Union Academy is looking for a U15 & U16 Team Manager

As Team Manager, you will play a key role within the team and support the technical staff both organizationally and administratively. You will ensure that matches and team operations run efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist the technical staff during home and away matches (mainly on Saturday afternoons).
• Handle the administrative and logistical organization on match days.
• Contribute professionally to the efficient running of matches.
• Attend the Team Managers’ meeting on Thursday evenings.
• Support the technical staff during the week, when required.

• You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured and meticulous manner.
• You are reliable, flexible and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You enjoy working as part of a team.
• You have an affinity for youth football and share the values of Union Academy.
