Ticketing: Season tickets 2025/26

Every seat counts policy

Our season ticket policy states that season ticket holders must attend at least 10 home games of the 2024/25 regular season, pass on their seats or resell them on time through our ticketing platform. Failing that, you will not be granted access to the season ticket holders' extension period for the 2025/26 season.

Every season ticket holder for the 2024/25 season has received an e-mail from the club informing you whether or not you can renew your season ticket for the 2025/26 season. Did you not receive this e-mail in your inbox or spam folder? Contact ticketing@rusg.be.

As of next season, season ticket holders must attend at least 11 of the 15 home games of the regular season, pass your seat through the Ticket Pass system or resell via our ticketing platform at least 72h before the game. If you fail to do so, you will not be granted access to the extension period for the 2026/27 season.

Account verification with itsme of Onfido

From the 2025/26 season, we are required to verify every online account through itsme or Onfido. Each fan must do this themselves by clicking on ‘Your account’ in your online account and then ‘Identity validation’. If you have multiple ticketing accounts at this moment in time, please verify the right one. Once you have done the verification, it's not possible to verify another account with your itsme.

Via the itsme app, you can then confirm your identity and link it to your ticketing account. Don't have a Belgian identity card? Then use Onfido. Click here for more info on the procedure.

Fans under 16 can verify their account in our fanshop by showing their identity card or via this form.

Selling phases

Extension period

Season ticket holders can renew their seat or standing place from 28 May (11am) to 16 June (6pm). Our fanshop will be open on Wednesday 28/05, Friday 30/05 and thereafter from Monday to Friday during this first sale phase. Of course, you can also renew your season ticket yourself on our ticketing platform.

Switch period for season ticket holders

Changing seats as a season ticket holder for the 2025/26 season? You can do so from 18 June (11am) to 21 June (6pm).
Attention: you will not be able to change your seat if you have already renewed it during the renewal phase.

Priority phase for Union+ Members

From 23 June at 11am, Union+ Members can purchase season tickets. This phase ends on 29 June at 6pm.

Sale for fans with a purchase history

If tickets remain after the priority period for Union+ Members, fans with a purchase history, including season ticket holders who attended less than 10 times during the regular season, will be able to purchase a season ticket from June 30 at 11am.

Vouchers

You can use the vouchers collected during the season by reselling your tickets through our online platform. Click here to follow the roadmap.

Wheelchair users

The stand for wheelchair users is in the West Stand, but prices are the same as in the East or North Stand. I.e. children pay 50€, students 110€, and adults and seniors 205€.

To buy a season ticket in the stand for wheelchair users (West D), you must apply at ticketing@rusg.be.

Business

Email sales@rusg.be for Gold or Silver season ticket requests.

Opening hours fanshop

Our fanshop will be open from 11am to 6pm on

• Wednesday 28/05;
• Friday 30/05;
• Mondays to Fridays from the second week of the extension period;
• on Thursdays and Fridays after the extension period.

Union+ Membership

More info on Union+ Membership will follow after season ticket sales. Starting next season, season ticket holders must attend at least 11 of 15 home games in the regular league to gain access to the 2026/27 extension period.

Do you expect to attend fewer than 11 times but still want to attend home games regularly? Then we strongly recommend the Union+ Membership.
