Our Union Academy is looking for a Football Coordinator (U9 – U12)

For our youth academy, we are looking for a Football Coordinator for the U9 to U12 age groups. At Union, we operate with a clear vision: “The Union Way.” This forms the foundation of our development philosophy and daily operations. As a coordinator, you play a key role in translating this vision into practice.

Your Role

You closely monitor the development of players, teams, and coaches
You ensure the quality and consistency of the training program within your age groups
You support and guide coaches in their daily work
You make sure “The Union Way” is visible on and off the pitch

Profile

You have a strong passion for youth development and player development
You possess strong communication and organizational skills
Experience as a coach and/or in a coordinating role is a plus
You work in a structured and detail-oriented way
You have experience working with younger age groups
You enjoy being on the pitch and are passionate about active coaching and development
You have minimum Uefa B
