Mobility for Union – FK Bodø/Glimt in Oostende

Union take on FK Bodø/Glimt on Tuesday 4 August at 8pm at the KVDO Arena in Oostende for the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League. The club is providing buses and a charter train from Brussels and strongly recommends that supporters travel to the coast by public transport.

 

Union has received the following supporter routes from the security services.

Charter train for Union fans (Brussels-Midi – Oostende)

 

Union is running a charter train from Brussels-South to Oostende station, with a capacity of 1,140 places.
4:30pm – Meet at Victor Horta Square at Brussels-South station
5:03pm – Train departure
± 6:15pm – Arrival at Oostende station
Shuttle buses will run between the station and the KVDO Arena from 6:30pm to 8pm.

 

Return: the shuttle bus runs between the stadium and the KVDO Arena from 9:30pm to 11:00pm. The return train departs at 11:15pm from Oostende.

Club buses (Forest – Oostende)

 

Union fans can also make use of the buses provided by the club.


Union is organising buses from the Bervoets stop in Forest.
5:00pm – Departure at Sint-Denijsstraat 122, 1190 Forest
± 7:00pm – Arrival at the parking areas, a 5-minute walk from the stadium
Return – Departure from the stadium after the match, back to Forest

Coming by car?

 

You are requested to park at the Shell car park at Oostende airport.
- Less than 5 hours: €4.80
- More than 5 hours: €15

 

Allow 30 minutes to walk to the KVDO Arena.
Allow plenty of time: parking options around the stadium are very limited. We strongly recommend taking the train or bus.

Fans can also contact fan clubs to reserve a place on the train or buses from Brussels.

 

 

Good to know

 

- You can of course also use regular trains and coastal trams according to the normal timetable

- KVDO Arena opens: 6:30pm

- Print your ticket in advance

- The stadium is located in a control zone: always follow the instructions of stewards and police.
