Mamadou Traoré signs at CD Castellón
The 22-year-old Malian winger, Mamadou Traoré, is leaving Union and signs in Spain for a permanent transfer.
Mamadou Traoré joined Union during the summer transfer window of 2023, arriving from FK Minija Kretinga in Lithuania. After a successful loan season at CD Castellón in the Spanish third division, Mamadou was able to join the first-team squad this season. He even made his Pro League debut with Union against Charleroi on August 16, before helping our U23 team on a few occasions.
After two years at the club, Traoré is now leaving Union permanently and returning to CD Castellón, which now competes in the Spanish second division. Good luck, Mamadou!
