CUPRA and Union extend partnership for two more seasons

Players and staff will continue driving CUPRA vehicles for the next two years.

Following a successful partnership that began in 2024, CUPRA Belgium and Union have extended their strategic partnership for an additional two seasons. To mark the start of this new chapter, a brand-new fleet of 35 CUPRA Formentor plug-in hybrids was handed over last week to the club's first-team players and technical staff.

With this extension, CUPRA will remain Union's Official Mobility Partner until June 2028. The Spanish brand, renowned for its distinctive design and character, will continue to feature proudly on the sleeve of the Union jersey, on the LED perimeter boards at the Joseph Marien Stadium, and across Union's digital platforms.

Beyond its visibility on and around the pitch, the partnership is built on a shared vision of innovation and sustainability. "Extending our partnership with Union was the natural next step for CUPRA Belgium," said Thierry De Vleeschouwer, Managing Director of CUPRA Belgium. "Union is a unique club, driven by tremendous passion, a strong identity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, values that are deeply rooted in CUPRA as well. By providing this new fleet of 35 vehicles, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting the club's ambitions at the highest level while contributing to its transition towards more sustainable mobility."

Union is equally enthusiastic about continuing the collaboration. "We are extremely proud to continue counting on CUPRA's loyalty for another two seasons," added Victor Pensis, Head of Sales at Union. "This renewed commitment, symbolised by the delivery of this fleet of 35 vehicles, reflects the strong synergy between our sporting ambitions and CUPRA's dynamic spirit."
