U23 striker Makaté signs first professional contract until 2026
Cristian Makaté (21) is playing his second season for our U23s. He has already played a total of 50 matches, scoring 30 goals. Makaté was also selected for Equatorial Guinea's national team for the first time last month.
Cristian Makaté played in the academy of RCD Mallorca and came over to our club last season, after a journey in Italy.
With our U23s in the fourth tier of Belgian football, he proved his worth with 30 goals in 50 games. Now he signs his first professional contract at Union. Congratulations, Cristian!
